How do I get a login and password?

Click “Create an Account” located at the top right corner of the website to get started. Fill in your name, email and a password. Then click “Create” and you’re ready to start shopping!

 

How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an automatic email order confirmation within moments of submitting your order. If you do not see it after a few minutes, you may want to check your junk folder.
*It is always important to review order confirmations to ensure accuracy. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours by calling 1-855-858-4438 or emailing info@erbgear.com

 

Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?

No. Orders can be as small as just one item.

 

How long will it take to ship out my order?

Employee orders are shipped weekly to the New Hamburg Terminal for distribution to the other Terminals as requested.  Shipping time is approximately 10 days.

What if my order is urgent?

Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us at info@erbgear.com with the details including the order number.

 

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

Free terminal pick-up is available for all employees. No minimum order required. 

Please note that this is only available for Erb employees. Guests are not permitted to pick up at terminals, if they select a terminal pick-up by mistake they will be contacted to switch their order to a paid direct shipment. 

 Do you ship Internationally?

If ordering from outside Canada and within US, please email us at info@erbgear.com with all the details of your order, method of payment and address for delivery and contact information.

 

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy your purchase, you are able the return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a full credit within 30 days. Please complete the FORM in the link below and return it with your items. If you have any questions, please email us at info@erbgear.com. Please note that clearance items and employee bulk buy items are final sale.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal.

 

Does Erb Gear have a physical retail store?

No.

 

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box #?

Yes, if you specify a PO Box # as your address, your order will be shipped by Canada Post.

 

Do I need to be an Erb Transport employee to purchase Erb Gear?

No, you do not need to be an employee. Simply create an account to place your order.
